LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
SECTION A: WHICH PRODUCT IS COVERED?
This limited warranty applies
only to goods identified on a THUAN PHONG Product Data Sheet as PRODUCT in
accordance with parameters specified on the THUAN PHONG Product Data Sheet
within at least twelve (12) months from the date of manufacturing or delivery date
of goods depending on the types of PRODUCT.
SECTION B: WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY?
This limited warranty does
not apply to following causes of degradation:
1.
PRODUCT which is
not applied to handle and storage correctly according to THUAN PHONG’s
recommendation;
2.
PRODUCT which is
not applied in accordance with good practice of usage and application.
SECTION C: WHAT MUST CUSTOMER DO TO KEEP THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY COVERAGE?
CUSTOMER must do all the
following things to have the benefit of this limited warranty:
1.
CUSTOMER must
send to THUAN PHONG two (02) representative samples (200 – 500 gram or liter
each, depend on which type of PRODUCT) with each batch number of PRODUCT
promptly following its name, delivery date with seal;
2.
CUSTOMER shall
advise THUAN PHONG in writing and THUAN PHONG must promptly be afforded an
opportunity to inspect.
If any of these things are
not done, this limited warranty will not apply.
SECTION D: REMEDY
If THUAN PHONG’s PRODUCT
fails to comply with its announced quality, due to any defect in material or
workmanship, THUAN PHONG shall bear the full cost of labor and material to
replace or refinish the defective portion. The decision whether to replace or
refinish to remedy an honored claim will be made at the sole discretion of
THUAN PHONG. If investigation indicates that PRODUCT is qualified
according to its technical data sheet/specification, CUSTOMER shall reimburse
of THUAN PHONG’s third-party expenses incurred in connection with the
investigation of the claim.
