DESCRIPTION
ACI-1 inhibits corrosion in 28% HCL acid to 120oC and 15% HCL acid, 5% HF acid, 3% CH3COOH to 150oC.
ACI-1 is compatible intensifiers such as formic acid(ACI-2).
ACI-1 is used for treatment at the bottom in high pressure and high temperature of oil wells and other industries.
APPLICATION
ACI-1 inhibits corrosion in acid additives. Always thoroughly mix the acid additives in the acid prior to leaving the service center and again before pumping downhole.
Although ACI-1 is compatible with most surfactants, demulsifiers and mutual solvents, care should be taken when desiging acid treatments. Laboratory tests are highly recommended to determine the upper temperature limits of any acid system.

SAFE HANDLING RECOMMENDATIONS
Utility normal precautions for employee protection when handling chemical products. Use of appropriate respirator, gloves, goggles and apron is recommended for employee confort and protection.

ACI-1 has to be noted as corrosive classification for transportation by the international or domestic regulatory agencies.
