FREE PIPE SFW is a blen of
surfactants, is speccialy formulated to release differentiallystuck pipe.
FREE PIPE SFW utilizes
environmentally acceptable surfactants, solvents, lubricants and viscosifiers
that promote releasing of differentially stuck pipe.
Application
FREE PIPE SFW is used to
prepare spoting fluids to alleviate differential sticking. FREE PIPE SFW can
be used in any waterbased/ brinnebased system. The product is soluble in water
in all ratios and is readily diluted in a seawater recipient.
Recommended Treatment
FREE PIPE SFW pills should be
mixed in a cleane pit which is readily drained to ensure effective use. Mix the
FREE PIPE SFW and oil together, shear in the water to obtain the suspension
properties and then add barite to the required density. Pum 1 bbl ( 0,16 m3
) of FREE PIPE SFW every hour.

FREE PIPE SFW is non toxic and is
considered to be harmless in the marine ecosystem.
Utilize normal precautions for employee
when handling chemical products. Use of appropriate respirator, gloves, goggles
and apron is recommended for employee comfort and protection.

200 kg steel drum.
