lubricant in water base drilling muds, even at high temperatures.
GRAHITE is recommended for reducing torque
and drage, preventing side wall sticking and reducing friction.
Recommended treatment
Additions of 6 to 12kg/m3 of
graphite though the hopper. Subsequent maintenance additions should be made as
needed up to 18 to 24 kg/m3 if torque or drage recurs.
