Uses
TPS-609 is recommended for continuous injection at the wellhead, manifold or immediately before the separator. Optimum field dosage is depending on the type of crude oil emulsion, water content and temperature and must be determined by field testing in crude oil dehydration operations.
Storage and handling
The drums should be stored with their seals intact, in conditions that avoid extremes of temperatures. Bulk deliveries should be stored in carbon steel tanks
Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Ventilate well, avoid breathing vapors. Use approved respirator if air contamination is above accepted level. Avoid spilling, skin and eye contact.
