TPI-01 is a polymer based paraffin inhibitor used for improves oil production by reducing paraffin deposition in tubing and pipelines during flow of gas-liquid phase. The action of paraffin inhibitor TPI-01 is based on the modification of the paraffin crystal structure.
TPI-01 also used as a pour point depressant for improving the flow properties and pumping ability of crude oils in transportation operations.

Application
TPI-01 inhibits the formation of wax crystal lattices in crude oils. TPI-01 is used forreducing paraffin deposits formed in tubing and pipelines during flow of gas-liquid phase.
TPI-01 is recommended for continuous downhole injection at a rate of 50 to 500 ppm in combination with a polymeric surfactant for increasing the lifting efficiency of gaslift production wells. Optimum field dosage is depending on the lifting characteristics of gaslift production well, crude oil emulsion, water content and etc. The dosing rate of the complex gaslift chemical (including of TPI-01 and a surfactant) must be determined by field testing in gaslift production wells.
Storage and handling
Keep away from heat, open flame and sources of ignition. Store in a well ventilated place.
Bulk deliveries should be stored in carbon steel tanks in conditions that avoid extremes of temperatures.Avoid spilling, skin and eye contact. Do not breathe or take internally. Use approved respirator if air contamination is above accepted level.
